These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.aeronest.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from AeroNest ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

AeroNest sells children's educational, sensory, and developmental toys. All products are shipped directly from our own stock, not from third-party dropshipping suppliers. Our contact email is oaklineliving@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, to place an order on the Site. Our products are designed for use by children under adult supervision as indicated on each product listing.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, all shown in GBP. However, errors may occasionally occur; if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel at no cost. All products are subject to availability from our stock.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout via our supported payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. As we ship from our own stock, dispatch and delivery estimates reflect our direct fulfilment process rather than a third-party warehouse.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy, including your statutory right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, applies to all orders and forms part of these Terms.

9. Product Safety

Our toys are intended to comply with applicable UK/EU toy safety standards (such as UKCA/CE marking, where applicable) for their stated age range. Please always follow age recommendations and supervision guidance on the packaging and product listing, and keep small parts and packaging away from young children as indicated.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to AeroNest and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroNest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or defective products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
